Courses
Being diagnosed with cancer or learning about a hereditary cancer risk can raise many questions and emotions. Our courses offer reliable information, tools for coping in everyday life, and an opportunity to connect with others in similar situations.

Support and new perspectives for everyday life
Colores organises courses for people living with colorectal and other gastrointestinal cancers, hereditary cancer risk, or treatment-related symptoms. The courses offer information, peer support, and space to reflect on life changes brought by illness or an increased cancer risk.
Recovery and adaptation are individual processes, and they do not happen during a single course. A course can, however, provide an important moment to pause, rest, process thoughts, and discover new ways to support wellbeing in everyday life. One participant may gain more information about their condition, another may find support for dealing with emotions, while someone else may discover new insights, coping strategies, or meaningful peer connections.
Our courses are mainly held in Finnish, and the programme changes seasonally. Current courses, schedules, and application information can be found on the Finnish course page.
