Colores provides support for those affected by colorectal cancer, their loved ones, and carriers of Lynch syndrome. We offer peer support, group activities that promote well-being, and reliable information on colorectal cancer screening, symptoms, and treatments.

Peer Support and Information

Peer support and access to information help individuals better cope with cancer and hereditary predispositions. Our goal is to ensure that no one has to face colorectal cancer alone.

Colores operates nationwide as part of the Cancer Society of Finland and internationally as a member of Digestive Cancers Europe (DiCE).

We provide peer support both online and in person, as well as courses and groups that promote well-being. We share up-to-date information on colorectal cancer and its treatment, promote symptom awareness, and provide information on risks and prevention.

Health promotion and advocacy are vital parts of our association’s activities. Colores is the only patient organization in Finland specifically focused on colorectal cancer and Lynch syndrome patients, offering specialized expertise and support to these groups.
